This photograph was taken when Rubinstein was documenting the city of Łódź and its environs in 1984. Out of the several hundred works, the artist chose 150 and published them in her album Łódź - Momentary Meetings. Rubinstein made the prints by hand in New York.
Exhibited in Łódź (1998), Paris (1999), Philadelphia (1999), New York (2002).

Córka wybitnego pianisty Artura Rubinsteina zajmuje się fotografią. Z jednakową lekkością fotografuje portrety, pejzaże miejskie, wnętrza, ludzi, ślady ich obecności oraz akty. Jej zdjęcia prezentowane są w galeriach całego świata.
Wydawnictwo Kropka w 2003 r. wydało publikację Eva Rubinstein – Fotografie 1967–1990 - które jest pierwszą monografią artystki na którą złożyła się ponad setka jej zdjęć w autorskim wyborze i układzie, z całego okresu jej twórczości.
