Zemo. First smile, 2016

In the 'IMAGO' cycle, the photographer has tried to immortalize the everyday experiences of juvenile criminals who spend the best days of their life in the depicted spaces. In Michal Suchor’s words: 'There is something else in those photographs, a kind of silent solidarity with the subjects. Krajewska, one of the best Polish photographers, successful in her professional life and a mother of a one-year old daughter, does not look down on her them, does not judge them. Instead, she sees her own mistakes, hesitancy, and fears in those young people. Perhaps we remain adolescents forever and only pretend to be adults?' (Source: www.fotopolis.pl.) One of the best Polish photographers, a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk. Apart from practicing fashion and portrait photography, which is regularly featured on the covers of the most important Polish lifestyle magazines, she also participates in artistic projects, such as 'Urazy' (English: 'Injuries') or 'Przesilenie' (English: 'Solstice').

- In addition to the hammer price, the successful bidder agrees to pay us a buyer's premium on the hammer price of each lot sold. On all lots we charge 18 % of the hammer price.
- To this lot we apply 'artist's resale right' ('droit de suite') fee. Royalties are calculated using a sliding scale of percentages of the hammer price.
